Frank MacDonald As the President, Frank spends much of his time traveling to pest management events in many of the states Select serves. Frank has worked in the insurance and risk management industries for over 20 years. Growing up as the son of an owner-operator pest management professional, he is quite familiar with the pest control industry. In fact, it was his service as a pest control technician that afforded him both a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration. His strong background and complete familiarity with pest management make him a valuable resource to the industry.

Phillis MacDonald
Chief Financial Officer
Phillis is the President & Coprincipal of Select and has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years. In her long tenure, Phillis has established herself as one of the largest and most respected pest control insurance specialists in the region. As a broker, Phillis recognizes the risks and exposures of pest control operators, particularly since she, herself, has held a pesticide applicator's license for over 35 years. In addressing these risks Phillis has worked with underwriters and senior management of pest control programs throughout the country in an effort to guarantee that the coverages Select sells are among the best available.

Vice President
Glenn, the Director of Marketing, has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. He spends a great deal of time at state and regional pest management conferences, developing a broad understanding of the demands and exposures of the pest management marketplace. Prior to his position at Select, Glenn was a pest control general liability underwriter with a strong background in customer service and management in the insurance industry. He is always available to address the concerns of the pest management industry.
