StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Scarsdale offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Hi, I’m Tony! I have my Master of Science degree in Acupuncture. I specialize in pain management, sports medicine, fire cupping and Asian bodywork. Having this vast knowledge of how to help people feel their best is what helps me to help you in the studio. I can use my expertise in anatomy and body mechanics in order to help you regain and or maintain optimal flexibility, mobility and speed up recovery time from workouts or other physical activities.

I am an E-RYT 200 hour yoga instructor and a Yoga Sports Coach(TM). I have a passion for hiking and you can usually find me on a trail or at the top of a mountain when I'm not at StretchLab!
I am a native New Yorker and have worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I specializes in functional movement, working with clients over 40 with posture and weight issues. Helping people to become fit and improve their quality of life is what has driven me to constantly explore different areas of fitness. My client experience ranges from working with Broadway stars to renowned interior designers. I firmly believes that one of the keys to happiness, is to feel good in your body.
I have a Masters in Movement Studies from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. I’m a professionally trained dancer & certified yoga practitioner. I have worked across genres, from Pro Athletes to children & people who are differently abled. My focus has been on the neurological aspects of stress and emotions. I am always striving for effective ways to help a client improve their functional range of motion and lead a life free from musculoskeletal imbalances.
I received a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I love the idea of “rehab and prehab” and StretchLab is the perfect setting for this! I utilize my education to enhance the overall well-being of my client’s health and help them reach their full potential. When I'm not working I enjoy watching the Yankees play and hanging out with my dogs.
I am a certified personal trainer who especially enjoys working with athletes to improve sports performance. I also specialize in geriatrics, and love working with clients to set flexibility and mobility goals!
